What we automate

What could your team stop doing by hand?

These use cases offer inspiration for what AI automation can do. They grew out of real customer conversations, but they are not a fixed menu of services. Your process may look completely different.

From inspiration to your workflow

Your process does not have to match an example.

Use the examples to spark ideas, not to narrow your options. We work from the task you want to improve, the systems you use and the outcome that matters to your team.

Bring your own process

Tell us what takes too much time, where information gets lost or which handoffs hold people up. It does not need to resemble one of the examples.

  • A defined operational problem
  • A visible human responsibility
  • A result that can be measured

Test it against the real process

Process Discovery replaces assumptions with your volumes, systems, data quality, controls, exceptions, and cost baseline.

  • Proceed when the evidence supports it
  • Re-scope when a smaller intervention is stronger
  • Stop when the business case is not there

What this means in practice

Grounded in customer conversations

Each example starts with an operational need raised by a real business—not a technology looking for a problem.

Specific enough to evaluate

The workflows make systems, handoffs, human responsibilities, and intended outcomes tangible before a project begins.

Discovery tests the fit

The same idea can be valuable in one environment and a distraction in another. Process Discovery establishes whether it deserves a build.

Common questions

Answers before the call.

Clear answers to the practical questions that usually come up before a first conversation.

What is the difference between a Use Case and a Case Study?

A Use Case explains a credible application and the workflow we could assess or build. A Case Study documents work that has actually been delivered and only makes claims supported by the available evidence.

How should I read these Use Cases?

As inspiration grounded in real customer conversations, not an exhaustive list of what we offer. They illustrate workflows and the questions worth exploring before implementation. Where delivery evidence is available, we publish it separately as a Case Study.

Can we discuss a process that is not shown here?

Yes. Bring the process you want to improve, even if it has nothing in common with these examples. A fit call explores the problem, frequency, potential value, data and ownership. If a closer review is useful, Process Discovery establishes the baseline, constraints and realistic next step.

AutoMates

Which part of the working day should your team stop doing by hand?

Bring one repetitive process, scattered information flow, or recurring decision bottleneck. We will help determine whether the opportunity is real.
