Let’s take a closer look at the process you want to improve.
Book a free, no-obligation fit call about one process you want to improve. We discuss the manual work, the obstacle holding it back and whether paid Process Discovery is a sensible next step. You do not need a finished business case or sensitive documents to start.
What this means in practice
A clearer next step
International and confidential
A useful fit call
A rough outline is enough to begin.
Your first call
Bring the process—and what has held it back so far.
Good starting points
A useful first call often begins with work the team already knows is taking too much time or attention.
- Moving or copying information between systems
- Recurring reports, documents, or administrative work
- Slow hand-offs, approvals, or customer operations
- Inbox, exception, or request triage
- Repeated research and inaccessible process knowledge
What has held you back so far?
An obstacle does not disqualify the process. Tell us what has made progress difficult; finding a responsible way through those constraints is part of our job.
- Ownership or the underlying problem is not yet clear
- Data is fragmented or difficult to access
- Security, legal, hosting, or confidentiality questions remain
- The process contains more exceptions than expected
- Earlier automation was too brittle, costly, or difficult to maintain
What happens next
A clear path from first conversation to implementation.
Fit call
We look at one process, the obstacle that has held it back, and whether a closer review would be useful.
Discovery proposal
If there is a credible fit, you receive a defined offer for Process Discovery: scope, fee, inputs, and deliverables.
Process Discovery
We map the current work, establish the baseline, inspect constraints, and produce a decision document you keep.
Evidence-based decision
You decide whether to proceed, re-scope, or stop. There is no obligation to implement with us.
Implementation
If you continue, we agree the scope and outcomes, then build, validate, document, and hand over the solution.
Common questions
Answers before the call.
Is the first call free—and does it commit us to anything?
Yes, the fit call is free and there is no obligation to continue. We use it to test whether one process has enough potential value and a realistic route forward. If it does, we explain what a paid Process Discovery would cover; you decide whether to request a proposal.
What if the process is confidential?
The first call can stay at a high level. Please do not share customer data, credentials, or sensitive documents in the booking form or before they are needed. Before a detailed review, AutoMates can sign your NDA or provide its own.
Who should join the first call?
One person who understands the problem is enough—often an owner, process owner, or operations lead. The wider team does not need to attend. If the opportunity moves into Process Discovery, we involve specialists and the people closest to the work at the right stage.
Can I contact you without using the booking calendar?
Yes. Email hello@aiautomates.business with a short outline of the process you want to improve. Please leave out credentials, customer data and confidential documents. Sending an email does not book an appointment; we agree the next step with you.
AutoMates
Let’s turn a stale process into measurable savings.
Before implementation, we agree the baseline and projected Year 1 savings. The one-time implementation fee is 25% of that projection. Discovery is priced separately; no ongoing gain-share fee or retainer is required.
